Welcome to Flushing Santa and Company. By booking a visit or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a seamless and jolly experience for everyone.


1. Booking and Payment Policy

To ensure Santa’s sleigh is ready and his schedule is secured, we require a commitment upfront.

  • Payment in Full: 100% of the service fee is required at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation: No booking is considered "confirmed" until payment has been processed in full.
  • Performance of Services: Under no circumstances will services be performed without prior receipt of payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

To make the visit a success, the client agrees to:

  • Provide a Safe Environment: Ensure the performance area is safe for Santa and his helpers. This includes securing any pets before your visit with Santa begins.
  • On-Time Arrival: Ensure guests are ready at the scheduled start time. Santa often has multiple stops and cannot extend his stay if the event starts late.
  • Parking: Provide a clear parking space for the "sleigh" near the venue entrance whenever possible.


4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a family-friendly environment. Flushing Santa and Company reserves the right to terminate a visit immediately without a refund if:

  • Santa or staff are subjected to verbal or physical abuse.
  • The environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.


5. Limitation of Liability

Flushing Santa and Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 18, 2026 


At Flushing Santa and Company, we understand that plans can change. Whether it’s a sudden snowstorm or a change in family scheduling, we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our Santa is ready to spread joy to everyone on his list.

To maintain the quality of our appearances and manage our seasonal schedule, the following policy applies to all bookings made through flushingsanta.com:

Cancellations & Refunds

We offer a straightforward cancellation process based on the timing of your notice:

  • Full Refund: To receive a 100% refund of your booking fee, cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled date and time of your event.
  • Partial Refund: If a cancellation is made less than one week before the event, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining 75% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or "no-shows" at the time of the visit are ineligible for a refund.


Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule your visit, provided we have an alternative time slot available.

  • If we successfully reschedule your event, no cancellation fees will apply.
  • If we cannot find a mutually agreeable new time and you choose to cancel, the standard cancellation policy (above) will apply based on when the original cancellation request was made.


Santa’s "Act of God" Policy

In the rare event that Santa cannot make it due to extreme weather, illness, or an emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible. In these instances, you will have the choice of a full refund or priority rescheduling.


How to Request a Refund

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us directly via the email address provided in your booking confirmation. Please include your name, the date of your event, and your order number to help us process your request quickly.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
